Award-winning, commercially minded and hands-on creative director, Razvan has returned to London (settled status granted & all) after a three-year contract as Chief Creative Officer for McCann Worldgroup Prague.

He is known for leading creative turnarounds, resulting in several ‘firsts’ across the agencies he’s worked for – such as winning Cannes Lions, Grand Effies, gold at Epica, Eurobest or Golden Drum, have the work published by the prestigious Lürzer’s Archive or win an Intercontinental Advertising Cup.

Strong business acumen, with a proven first-rate record of new business wins in all his agencies; trusted partner for CMOs and brand leaders; motivated, engaging and inspiring team leader.

Far from being a traditional adman, Razvan coordinates digital mavericks as well. His general work approach is integrated, with digital and earned at core. 

He graduated the Law School but didn’t pursue a lawyer career (in spite of his parents’ despair). Over 20 years now, he passionately pleads for brands such as: Bata, Coca-Cola, ING Bank, Mastercard, L’Oreal, Porsche or Vodafone – to name just a few of the recent ones. 

All the nights spent in the name of brands paid off and he can mention awards won at: AD’OR, AdPrint Festival, AD Stars Asia, Cresta, Effie, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, European IMC Awards, The Intercontinental Advertising Cup, London International Awards, New York Festivals and Cannes Lions. As a consequence, he’s often invited to be part of the jury for top international and local creative competitions or a speaker. 

Also enthusiastic sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers certificate) and wine specialist (WSET level 3).
