Award-winning, commercially minded and hands-on executive creative director, Razvan is known for successfully creating and managing global campaigns for brands like Bata, Coca-Cola, Durex, Nissan, Porsche, Renault or WorldRemit. Also, for creative turnarounds resulting in several ‘firsts’ for the agencies he’s worked for – such as winning their first Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest or Grand Effie awards, having the work published by the prestigious Lürzer’s Archive or winning the Intercontinental Advertising Cup.

With strong business acumen and a proven first-rate record of new business wins in all his agencies, Raz is a trusted partner for CMOs and brand leaders, as well as an engaging and inspiring team leader.

Far from being a traditional adman, Razvan coordinates digital and AI mavericks as well. His general work approach is integrated, with digital and earned at core. 

He graduated the Law School but didn’t pursue a lawyer career (despite his parents’ despair). Over 20 years now, he continues to passionately plead for brands such as Bata, Coca-Cola, Durex, ING Bank, Mastercard, L’Oreal, Porsche, Renault, Vodafone or WorldRemit – to name a few of the recent ones. 

All the nights spent in the name of brands paid off, and he can mention awards won at AD’OR, AdPrint Festival, AD Stars Asia, Cannes Lions, Cresta, D&AD, DMA, Effie, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Intercontinental Advertising Cup, LIA, New York Festivals and Webby.
He’s often invited to be part of the jury or a speaker (probably due to his big mouth).

Also an enthusiastic sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers certificate) and wine specialist (WSET level 3).
